2. How do I Buy from YoungTees?

Under the shopping section, select your desired category of products.

Select the product you want to buy

Go to Customizing section below

Select the size and name you want on the garment

and click on Buy Now!

Add in your details and place the order

Your products will be dispatched in 2 working days and will be delivered to you in 5 to 7 Working Days depending on your location

3. Are the Colours displayed on the Website accurate?


We try the maximum to display the product colours as accurately as possible. Yet, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour is completely accurate, as mobile screens, computer monitors and the screens of other electronic devices may vary.


4. If I need any product/Order Urgently, What shall I do?


If you would like a particular product under the lead time, please WhatsApp on +91 6302604470 and we will try our best to help you out.


5. How do I know that you have received my order?


You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order with an order Id as soon as you place an order with us.


6. When will my order gets dispatched? 


As most of the products available on the website are personalized / customised, the delivery times vary and are mentioned with the product description. Once the product is dispatched from the warehouse, delivery times may also vary based on location. You will receive emails once your order has been dispatched.


7. Do I get Free shipping?


Yes, most of the time and it is decided from time to time. 


8. What taxes and duties will I have to pay?


If the shipping is within India, you will only have to pay GST which is automatically calculated by the system and is included in the price of the item as displayed on the website.


9. Can I track my Order?


Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking details via E-mail or WhatsApp.


10. I need to change something on my order, how can I do that?


If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. If your order has not been processed yet we will make the change or cancel your order. However, if it has already been processed then we will not be able to make any changes, since most of our products are personalized and customised. We appreciate you understand us.


CUSTOMISATION OF A PRODUCT FAQ's


1. Do I get a preview of how my customized product will look like ?


We have tried our best to provide images which are a close representation of the actual product. You can be rest assured that our design team will take utmost care to ensure that your product matches the image you see.


2. Is there a limit on the number of characters when I personalize a product?


For certain products i.e., rompers and infant wear we cannot accommodate too many characters, as the space for the name is limited and therefore a character limit is applicable. Often the final look depends on the length of the name/text entered.


3. Can I change the details I have used to personalize a product once I have placed an order?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Can I return or exchange an item I bought from YougTees?


Since our products are print on demand (we do not keep old stock), Customised and that we have created an item especially for you we do not allow exchanges or returns for any of our products. We appreciate you understand us.


What if my product is damaged when I receive it?


YoungTees tries it’s best to make sure that you receive your products in perfect condition. In case you receive a damaged product, please WhatsApp us a picture of the same within 1 day on 916302604470 with your order/invoice number. We will respond to you within the next 24 hours via WhatsApp and guide you whether you need to send the product back to us or we will just be sending you a replacement.
